An Adult Family Home is a licensed residential home located in a quiet neighborhood, regulated by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). Adult Family Homes provide care for 2 to 8 adults, offering a warm, home-like alternative to large institutional settings.
At Terry Taylor AFH, residents enjoy a close-knit “micro-community” where care is personal, consistent, and centered around dignity and respect.
Terry Taylor AFH is licensed to care for up to 6 residents, allowing us to provide attentive, individualized care. Our home features 4 private bedrooms, as well as a shared master bedroom for those who prefer or need shared accommodations.
We provide compassionate care for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory adults. We welcome men, women, and married couples.
Three of our five bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate two residents, making it possible for couples or loved ones to continue living together in a supportive environment.
